Flexible Listing Agreement

We strive to be as transparent and flexible with our Sellers as possible. This is why we offer a flexible 30-day listing agreement. If your practice is not in contract within 30-days or you are not happy with our services for any reason, feel free to cancel your listing and look at other options.

At 1st Med Transitions, our focus lies solely on selling your practice. If you own the real estate that houses the practice and wish to include it in the sale, you may do so Commission Free.
